The setup procedure:

ü      Fill out WebCubic’s Realtor Online Program Sign Up Forms. (Or sign up online from
http://www.webcubic.com/signup.htm)

ü      Mail sign up forms, your photos and company logos (or business cards) to WebCubic, Inc. if you don't have
electronic copies.

ü      WebCubic will contact you if we need more information.

ü      WebCubic will create your website and host it under  http://www.webcubic.net You will be notified by e-mails
once your website is ready.

ü      After receiving our notification, you have one month to review your website and determine whether or not you
want to use our services.

ü      After receiving your payment, we will reserve your domain name and host your website under your domain
name.

About the maintenance contract: 

ü      Your annual maintenance contract starts from the date we reserve and host your domain name.

ü      You can announce news on your website, modify your listings and information links, review your visitors'
information, and publish newsletters. No limitations, no extra charges. 

ü     WebCubic's development team will continuously upgrade the Realtor Online Program to provide better website
designs and more applications for realtors. You will receive the upgrades at no extra charge.
