Many web designers use templates in the delivery of real estate websites.  Typically, the designs are modified to meet the user's requirements, but once a template is chosen, it cannot be changed.  WebCubic's website owners have always enjoyed more design choices.

Intelligent Templates™ extends these capabilities.  "Users can now insert a custom graphic in the header and customize the backgrounds in the banner and navigation to create very unique websites," added Peng.  In addition, there are additional choices for the information shown on the home page.
